The kimchi customers received is one or two days old kimchi made in our facility.
As all know, kimchi is a fermented food that should be in the refrigerator after being made. Kimchi produces healthier probiotics as it ferments.
The kimchi could feel salty before enough fermentation. If it is salty, take as much as you want, leave it at room temperature for a day or two, and then make it cold and eat it.
All our ingredients are from a farm within 20 to 40 miles of our facility. It's real, local food made with fresh ingredients.

Yeolmu kimchi(열무김치) or young summer radish kimchi is one of the many types of Kimchi, a popular banchan (Korean: 반찬, Korean side dish). Although yeolmu radish (young summer radish) has small and thin taproots that do not have much use, its thick and abundant green leaves are constantly used throughout spring and summer to make yeolmu-kimchi. Yeolmu-kimchi is popular in the summer and is often eaten with cold noodles. Twins Kimchi - Our Yeolmu kimchi is mixed with fresh apples, onions, red paprika to give a refreshing taste and prolonged crispiness. Our Kimchi will taste better after a day at room temperature.
